Apartment Policies

Apartment Reservation

• Prepaid reservation deposit is THB 5,000 per room.
• Your apartment is reserved upon receipt of the reservation deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations or changes must be made via email or LINE application. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. Prepaid reservation deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Payment upon arrival

Guest will be asked to pay as follows:

• 1. First month's rent
• 2. one month's rent in advance
• 3. one month's rent for a security deposit

Number of guests

• The number of guests living in the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except for the case of children under the age of ten.
• Pets are not allowed.
